Welcome to "What Did We Learn This Week?" Every week, I'll struggle to put a bow on the coverage of the AFC South, as well as figure out how to appropriately punctuate a declarative sentence ending with a question mark.
The news moves so fast every day that it can be hard to separate the vitally important from the tired and mundane.
The two biggest stories of the week media-wise were the unveiling of the new Nike jerseys and the release of the preseason schedule. These whoppers sucked all of the air out of the room and led to countless, breathless SportsCenter segments, even though neither bit of "breaking news" had enough substance to fill a tweet, let alone an article.
